GEORGE M. COHAN TONIGHT!August 3, 2021
Take a trip through musical theatre history in this upbeat one-man journey through the life, music, and artistry of George M. Cohan. This Performance on Screen is a dazzling showcase that reveals the essence of the man, his music, and the era of show business he helped shape. Taking a look at the ride of Cohan’s life, we learn he definitely meant it when he said “Give My Regards To Broadway.” Featuring hit songs such as “Over There,” “Forty-Five Minutes From Broadway,” “You’re A Grand Old Flag,” and “All Aboard For Broadway,” this high-energy show is insightful and entertaining—a delightful salute to the American musical comedy. George M. Cohan Tonight! had its Off-Broadway premiere at Irish Repertory Theatre in 2006. The production earned a Drama League Nomination for Jon Peterson and a Drama Desk Nomination for “Solo Performance.” This is an abridged version of that production, filmed specifically for digital distribution in December 2020.

Megan Hilty (Lorelei Lee), Rachel York (Dorothy Shaw), Aaron Lazar (Henry Spofford), Steven Boyer (Pierre/Louis Lemanteur), Brennan Brown (Steward/Mr. Robert Lemanteur/Gus Esmond Sr.), Stephen R. Buntrock (Josephus Gage), Simon Jones (Sir Francis Beekman), Deborah Rush (Mrs. Ella Spofford), Sandra Shipley (Lady Phyllis Beekman), Megan Sikora (Gloria Stark), Clarke Thorell (Gus Esmond Jr.). Music by Jule Styne; lyrics by Leo Robin; book by Anita Loos and Joseph Fields. Presented by Encores! at City Center. Filmed from the back of the balcony. Many heads appear in the frame to start, then when the filmer gets his bearings, the video improves greatly. There are a few times (mostly at the beginning) when the filmer replaces some poor video moments with still shots. These still shots are less than 2 or 3 minutes of the entire show. Overall, a great video, and Megan Hilty is amazing.

Ghosts by Henrik Ibsen
The West End Theatre Series is delighted to present Richard Eyre’s "spell-binding" adaptation (Independent) of Ghosts by Henrik Ibsen.
Winner of three Olivier Awards including Best Revival, Best Actress and Best Supporting Actor, Ghosts transferred to the West End’s Trafalgar Studios following a sell-out run at the Almeida Theatre. This is a "powerfully moving" production of Ibsen’s masterpiece.
The Almeida Theatre production was screened in over 200 cinemas across the UK and Ireland for one night only, Thursday 26 June 2014 .
The simulcast was presented by CinemaLive, an event cinema specialist that provides the entertainment industry with direct live access to cinema locations and big screens on an international basis, and Digital Theatre, which works in partnership with theatre companies to capture live performance authentically onscreen and makes productions available to a worldwide audience in High Definition.
Ghosts was produced in the West End by Sonia Friedman Productions and the Almeida Theatre with Rupert Gavin, Tanya Link Productions and JFL Theatricals/GHF Productions in association with 1001 Nights.

The costumes are beautiful and the stage lighting compliments the costumes, sets and the overall production.

A 1966 telecast of Tennessee Williams' classic play The Glass Menagerie — starring Shirley Booth and Hal Holbrook and long thought lost by film scholars — can now be seen more than 50 years after it originally was shown.
The New Yorker's Michael Schulman explains the process by which the telecast was rediscovered (and restored):
On December 8, 1966, CBS Playhouse broadcast a television production of Tennessee Williams’s “ The Glass Menagerie ,” starring Shirley Booth as the Southern belle turned frenetic matron Amanda Wingfield. Hal Holbrook and Barbara Loden played her children, Tom and Laura, respectively, with Pat Hingle as the Gentleman Caller.

Grey Gardens ~ Los Angeles, CA (08.02.16) Betty Buckley, Rachel York, Sarah Hunt, Josh Young
Starring: Betty Buckley, Rachel York, Sarah Hunt , and Josh Young.
Broadway's daring musical sensation Grey Gardens—The Musical arrives at the Ahmanson for its L.A. premiere starring the fabulous Rachel York (Broadway's City of Angels) and the legendary Betty Buckley (Tony Award®-winning Grizabella in Cats).
Based on the classic documentary, this haunting and often outrageous musical recounts Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis' most eccentric relatives' fall from society darlings to notorious recluses in their crumbling East Hampton estate, in this newly realized staging by director Michael Wilson.
The Beales were Jacqueline Kennedy's aunt and cousin, respectively.
Set at Grey Gardens, the Bouviers' mansion in East Hampton, New York, the musical tracks the progression of the two women's lives from their original status as rich and socially polished aristocrats to their eventual largely isolated existence in a home overrun by cats and cited for repeated health code violations.
This is captured perfectly with no blackouts, no obstruction, and no washout. It s filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and Playbill scans.

Fantastic capture of the Hollywood Bowl’s annual Broadway show. This production follows the 2009 revival staging fairly closely with some occasional improvised lines and different blocking to accommodate the larger stage. The cast is full of energy; Hunter and Benjamin make a great pair.
Filmed on a tripod, so it’s very steady except for the occasional jerkiness when panning. There is a bit of grain in the video due to the distance from the stage, but it’s well captured with no blackouts. The only obstruction happens when someone briefly walks across the walkway in front of the camera. It’s filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent as usual. Includes curtain call, encore, and playbill scans.

Joel Grey Welcome
After a video tribute from contemporaries like Susan Stroman, Frank Rich, and more, the Cabaret vamp begins and Tony and Oscar winner Joel Grey appears.. He sings “Wilkommen” . Grey finishes the song by pointing his cane in the air and looking up to the heavens on the button—a final thank-you to his director.
Stephen Sondheim Has the First Word
Prince’s most called-upon partner, Stephen Sondheim was the first to address the audience directly, noting that today is a day for celebration, not mourning. “Mourning is private, or at least it should be,” he noted. Sondheim was not only Prince’s collaborator, he was his best friend and best man at his wedding. ” After all, “There’s two things that mattered most to Hal in the world: his family and putting on shows.”
Michael Cerveris sings Follies
After a video on the design and making of Follies, the Tony Award winner offered up a performance of “The Road You Didn’t Take.” Prince had said himself, it was the character of Benjamin Stone that he always related most to.

A Look Back at Evita
As the video begins, we see Prince and a young, curly-haired Mandy Patinkin alongside a young, fresh-faced Patti LuPone deep in discussion during Evita rehearsals. Reflecting on the production, Patinkin remembers when Prince asked him if he was scared; he admitted he was.
Janet Dacal Revives Her Prince of Broadway Performance

Andrew Lloyd Webber Shares Lessons From Prince
Lloyd Webber and Prince’s first collaboration was Evita, but, as Lloyd Webber reveals, Prince had been interested in Jesus Christ Superstar. But a misdirected telegram meant the rights were scooped up by the time Prince’s message got to the composer.
Jay Armstrong Johnson and Meghan Picerno Sing “All I Ask Of You”
Broadway’s recent Raoul and current Christine grace the Majestic stage to sing the emblematic song of the high romance.
Laura Linney Honors a Different Side of Prince
Though Linney is a Tony Award-nominated actor in her own right, her memories of Prince are not as a director, but as the father to her best friends.
Sierra Boggess Sings From She Loves Me
The soprano, who starred in The Phantom of the Opera, sings “Will He Like Me?” from the 1963 musical She Loves Me, which Prince produced and directed.
Thomas Kail Thanks a Mentor
It should come as no surprise that the risk-taking director behind Hamilton, Freestyle Love Supreme, Lombardi, and In The Heights emerged from under the wing of Prince.
Bryonha Marie Parham Brings Down the House With “Cabaret”
After a video exploring the origins of Cabaret, another alum of Prince of Broadway, Parham, raises the rafters with her belt and her no-holds-barred performance of the title song from the musical.
Prince Reflects on His Career
In the final video of the afternoon, Prince lights up the screen. In his reminiscence about his own career, he considers the changing landscape of theatre at large.
The Original Cast of Merrily We Roll Along Sings “Old Friend”
Jim Walton, Ann Morrison, and Lonny Price—the original Franklin Shepard, Mary Flynn, and Charley Kringas—offer the most touching performance of the day. They are the ones who were there, now singing to their old friend.
Jason Robert Brown Calls Us to Action
Trembling with emotion, Brown took the mic for the final remarks to Prince.
A Company of Broadway Stars Sings From Merrily
The stage fills with talents—Brian Stokes Mitchell, Andréa Burns, Norm Lewis, Billy Porter, Jessica Molaskey, Brooks Ashmanskas, Georgia Stitt,Richard Kind, and dozens more—to sing “Our Time.”
The Final Bow
As “Our Time” fades out, Grey steps through the crowd singing, “Auf wiedersehen… A bientot…” And as the snare rolled, just as in the finale of Cabaret, the crowd turned upstage; the cymbals crashed and there is Hal Prince looking over us all, who stood for a final four-minute-long ovation.

Hamlet ~ Starring Benedict Cumberbatch National Theatre Live 09 October 2015
Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch electrifies in the National Theatre's production of Shakespeare's iconic tragedy. The timeless story of the tragedy of the Danish Prince receives a bold new production courtesy of NT Live .
Benedict Cumberbatch , Oscar nominee for his role as Alan Turing in The Imitation Game , plays Hamlet, a man forced to avenge his father's death.
Produced by Sonia Friedman Productions , the National Theatre broadcast of this eagerly awaited production live to Cineworld screens can now be seen at home. This is a beautiful transfer of the digital broadcast .
There has been talk about transferring this production to Broadway; however, one challenge facing any transfer plans would be finding an available stage big enough to accommodate the humongous set showcased at the Barbican (from which this production is broadcast), designed by Es Devlin .
Fashioned to look at first like the glacier-blue interior of a Scandinavian palace, festooned with portraits, blades, stags' heads and chandeliers, its massive doors open upstage to reveal a deep, cavernous vanishing point that swallows the actors whole. In the second half, it's strewn with raked mounds of black Styrofoam cinders — the rotten slag heap of Denmark.

This is a great capture overall; there some heads at the bottom and sides that can be seen occasionally, especially in wider shots, but they are worked around when necessary and rarely affect the action. There are no major blackouts, just a few quick dropouts, mostly between scenes. It’s filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent. This new revival, the first new production of this classic musical to appear on Broadway since the original, features direction by Tony-winner Jerry Zaks and choreography by Tony-winnerWarren Carlyle , but also pays tribute to the original work of legendary director/choreographer Gower Champion , which has been hailed both then and now as one of the greatest stagings in musical theatre history.
Starring
- Bette Midler (Dolly Gallagher Levi)
- David Hyde Pierce (Horace Vandergelder)
- Kate Baldwin (Irene Molloy)
- Christian Dante White (understudy Cornelius Hackl)
- Taylor Trensch (Barnaby Tucker)
- Beanie Feldstein (Minnie Faye)
- Will Burton (Ambrose Kemper)
- Melanie Moore (Ermengarde)
- Jennifer Simard (Ernestina)
Well filmed from the back of the orchestra. The material the filmer uses to shield the camera occassionally slips and covers a bit of the lens; however, he promptly corrects the issue and the show continues on without a hitch.
Hello Dolly! Donna Murphy, David Hyde Pierce, Gavin Creel.
One of the famous "Shubert poles" is visible on the far side in some wide shots and an occasional head in front is shot around, mainly happening in Act Two when Dolly leans forward. While visible from time-to-time, it does not distract from the action taking place on the stage. This is actually a beautiful capture that makes for a lovely keepsake of the show.
Michael Stewart’s (book) and Jerry Herman’s (music and lyrics) masterpiece, Hello, Dolly! , returns to Broadway starring none other than Donna Murphy. Directed by four-time Tony Award® winner Jerry Zaks .

H.M.S. Pinafore
10/14/11 ~ PBS-TV
Hosted by Rainn Wilson, with Robert O. Berdahl (Captain Corcoran), Christina Baldwin (Little Buttercup), Barbara Bryne (Queen Victoria), Aleks Knezevich (Ralph Rackstraw), Seri Johnson (Cousin Hebe), Heather Lindell (Josephine), Jason Simon (Dick Deadeye), J. Tyler Whitmer (Bob Becket), Robb McKindles (Bill Bobstay) and Peter Thomson (Sir Joseph Porter). Produced by Minneapolis Guthrie Theatre in August of 2011, and filmed for PBS-TV. The playwright Jeffrey Hatcher has massaged the libretto and written additional material, most prominently an entire scene featuring Queen Victoria, with lyrics that include: There is none that is finer/And shes the one/That we call Regina. The goal, sadly unattained, appears to have been something along the lines of Monty Pythons Pinafore. With its Broadway-style choreography (by David Bolger) and its disco and rock-opera orchestrations (by Andrew Cooke), the show strongly resembles a musical trying out for New York. (Queen Victoria even makes a joke about taking a wrong turn at Peoria.) 2 and a half hours.

Nicely filmed with camera. Mostly wide shots , no real close ups but very clear and good audio.
Holler If Ya Hear Me, the world inside Tupac Shakurs music and lyrics, blazes to life in a non-biographical story about friendship, family, revenge, change and hope. Inner city lives struggle for peace against the daily challenges they face in this entertaining and original musical. Through the poetry of one of the 20th century?s most influential and culturally prominent voices, we are given a window into realities of the streets still relevant today.
Hollywood Revue of 1929
Everybody sing. Everybody dance. Or, failing that, everybody step in place during the famed Singin' in the Rain finale. A torrent of talent takes the screen in the first all-star Talkie Era showcase of heretofore silent-screen players. Much of The Hollywood Revue of 1929 was filmed in the graveyard shift so that the stars' daytime shooting schedules would not be disrupted. Fans in Los Angeles and New York City were treated to movie marquees that included live showgirls. Once in the theater, they were treated to the on-screen delights of Joan Crawford singing and Charlestoning, Laurel and Hardy clowning, Norma Shearer and John Gilbert spoofing the Bard (in color!), Buster Keaton stonefacing and much more in a historic menagerie of fun.120 minutes!

A nice capture of the show during the second week of previews. The show is fun and the songs are catchy, but there will likely be changes to tighten things up before it opens. Tony, Rob, and Brynn are all fantastic; great voices and comedic timing. This is nicely captured overall, but the first 30 minutes of the video has a few issues; there is a one minute blackout, a three minute blackout, and a few moments of wandering, as well as two heads that block the sides of the stage. After 30 minutes, the last half of act 1 and all of act 2 are perfectly captured with no blackouts, no wandering, and the heads are avoided. It’s filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent. Includes playbill scans.

The Grinch Musical 12/9/20
NBC brought Dr. Seuss to life this holiday season with a fun-filled two-hour production of "Dr. Seuss' The Grinch Musical!" It aired December 9 at 8/7c from the Troubadour Theatre in London.
Dr. Seuss' beloved classic children’s book "How the Grinch Stole Christmas!" has become a Christmas staple for generations. This musical version, with book and lyrics by Tim Mason and music by Mel Marvin and featuring the hit songs "You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" and "Welcome Christmas" (by Albert Hague and Dr. Seuss), breathes new life into this timeless story.
Matthew Morrison ("Glee") will star as the curmudgeonly Grinch.
Additional cast will include Denis O’Hare ("Big Little Lies") as old Max, Booboo Stewart ("Descendants 3") as young Max and talented young newcomer Amelia Minto ("The Lost Girls") as Cindy-Lou Who. Producers have also assembled an ensemble of top musical theater actors from London's West End to complete the cast.

Starring: Jayne Houdyshell as Deirdre Blake, Reed Birney as Erik Blake, Sarah Steele as Brigid Blake, Cassie Beck as Aimee Blake, Arian Moayed as Richard Saad, Lauren Klein as Fiona "Momo" Blake. 2 dvd set.
Excellent HD capture of the 2016 Tony winner for Best Play , Best Actress and Actor. Everything is nicely captured and such beautiful performances in this family drama.
The finest new play of the Broadway season so far , Mr. Karam’s drama has been beautifully transferred from Off Broadway, where it was presented by the Roundabout Theater Company last fall, with the production’s prized virtues intact: a peerless cast, whose members all inhabit their characters as if they’ve been living in their itchy skins forever; direction from Joe Mantello that stealthily navigates the play’s delicate shifts, from witty domestic comedy to painful conflict, and from there to something resembling a goose-pimply chiller; and a set, designed by David Zinn , that perfectly captures the unsettled atmosphere the writing so deftly establishes.
The play takes place in a prewar apartment in Chinatown, where three generations of the Blake family are assembling for Thanksgiving dinner.

A fantastic capture of the final Broadway version. This is an absolutely amazing show that will make you laugh and cry and think about every choice you’ve ever made in your life. The cast needs no description -- they are all as phenomenal as you’d expect. There are a couple quick dropouts during the prologue and What If?, and the first half of act one is a bit shaky, but it’s much better as the show goes on. There is one head that obstructs a small portion of the front of the stage, but it never blocks more than the actors’ feet and it’s rarely noticeable overall. There is no washout, and the sound is excellent as usual. It’s filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. Includes curtain call and playbill scans.
If / Then ~ Idina Menzel Denver, CO National Tour 10.13.15
Starring: Idina Menzel , Anthony Rapp , James Snyder, and LaChanze .
The story of If / Then revolves around Menzel's Elizabeth, who moves to New York City after a divorce. One of her friends (LaChanze's Kate) suggests she adopt the nickname Liz and reinvent herself in the city. Another (Rapp's Lucas) suggests she go back to her college nickname, Beth, and start building her career. The show unfolds to show what happens to Elizabeth in both potential stories: if she becomes Beth and if she becomes Liz. It's a complex story and, at times, a challenging one—but it makes for a show that cast and audiences agree has something special.

The production takes advantage of its Central Park setting, with views of Belvedere Castle visible through the trees beyond the stage. In The Heights: Chasing Broadways Dream
5/27/09 PBS-TV
In the Heights: Chasing Broadway Dreams chronicles the personal stories of composer/lyricist Lin-Manuel Miranda and the cast of In the Heights in the months leading up to opening night. Making it in New York City is tough. Few get the chance to live out their dreams, and the cast and crew of In the Heights know this all too well. This young, diverse group of relatively unknown artists and performers have dreamed of making it on Broadway, but are well aware that a new original musical set outside a bodega in the Latino neighborhood of Washington Heights is a highly risky proposition. It took eight years in all, but they succeeded beyond their wildest expectations, winning four Tony Awards along the way, including Best Musical and Best Score for a Musical." In addition to thrilling extended performance sequences of the original cast of In the Heights onstage at the Richard Rodgers Theatre on Broadway, this Great Performances program offers an intimate look at the production backstage and off-stage.

I Put A Spell On You 10/29/20
A bewitchingly cinematic extravaganza awaits when I Put a Spell on You, the annual sold-out Halloween concert-meets-party, moves online Thursday, October 29, in a fully produced spectacle . The virtual Halloween blowout, presented by Con Limón Productions and Jay Armstrong Johnson, will benefit Broadway Cares. I Put a Spell on You was created by and stars Johnson. The annual show is a spoof of and tribute to the beloved cult classic movie Hocus Pocus. This year’s COVID-safe digital film is not your average stream: it’s complete with larger-than-life performances and choreography, over-the-top costumes and makeup, unmatched production value and a healthy dose of Broadway magic. This year, the beloved Hocus Pocus-inspired Sanderson Sisters break the internet and recruit some of pop culture’s most iconic villains (think Cruella de Vil, Gaston, The Joker, Maleficent and more) to fulfill their delightfully devious plot. Johnson returns as Winifred Sanderson with Allison Robinson and Amanda Williams Ware as sisters Sarah and Mary.

The musical is described as "a darkly comedic, stylish girl clique musical with the mythic story of Courtney 'Satan in heels' Shayne and her minions who play a nasty birthday prank on their picture perfect bestie. It wasn't their fault the jawbreaker got stuck in her throat...or was it?" The musical is performed as a staged concert reading. Rather than one person per role, the concert is done with some of Broadway's best alternating in the roles. Shot from the front of the venue. The show was sold out and everyone was literally packed in like sardines, so some head obstructions here and there, but the master worked around them well and managed to get good coverage and close ups that made for a good capture. Hosted by Ashley Fink.

Julius Caesar ~ NTL ~ 03.22.18 ~ Ben Whishaw, David Morrissey, Michelle Fairley, David Calder, Adjoa Andoh, Abraham Popoola
The show was broadcast live from the Bridge Theatre, London.
Caesar returns in triumph to Rome and the people pour out of their homes to celebrate. Alarmed by the autocrat’s popularity, the educated élite conspire to bring him down. After his assassination, civil war erupts on the streets of the capital.
Nicholas Hytner’s production will thrust the audience into the street party that greets Caesar’s return, the congress that witnesses his murder, the rally that assembles for his funeral and the chaos that explodes in its wake.
The show begins with a pounding rock concert staged as part of a pro-Caesar rally: a reminder that even putative dictators can be populists. David Calder’s Caesar, far from seeming a fascist monster whose overthrow we automatically cheer, emerges as a charismatic crowd-pleaser whose first instinct is to hurl his baseball cap into the audience.
Only gradually do we see that this flesh-pressing figure is a dangerous autocrat: enthroned on a scarlet dais in the Capitol, he chillingly announces: “I could be well moved, if I were as you.” It is always a good sign when Caesar is at the heart of a revival, and Hytner taps into our awareness of the threat posed by soundbite-seeking demagogues.
Hytner’s approach also throws into sharp relief the divisions among the conspirators. Ben Whishaw plays Brutus excellently as the archetypal bookish intellectual stronger on revolutionary theory than practice; he pores over political volumes on the eve of the assassination and arrogantly overrides every one of his co-conspirators’ proposals. The key moment comes in the Forum when a plebeian says of Brutus “Let him be Caesar”: a remark that Whishaw greets with the appalled horror of a man who has totally failed to communicate his detestation of dictators.
Michelle Fairley is not the first female Cassius ( Zoë Waites played the role in last year’s Sheffield Crucible production), but she brings to the part exactly the right intensity, passion and political pragmatism. You even wonder if Brutus, who marginalizes his wife and talks patronizingly of “the melting spirits of women”, contradicts her arguments precisely because of her gender.

Nice steady, up close recording.
In the grip of the Great Depression, New York City is a place of pressure, of desperation, but also of hope. Enter Ann Darrow, a fearless young actress with a will of steel and dreams that reach as high as the just-completed Empire State Building. After a brutal struggle just to stay on her feet, Ann finds her big break in the form of Carl Denham, a fast-talking filmmaker who promises to make her the star of his next big adventure movie. Throwing caution to the winds, she joins Carl on a voyage to the mysterious Skull Island. There, they encounter a wonder more astonishing than they could have possibly imagined: a 20-foot-tall, 2,000-pound ape known only as Kong. To her surprise, Ann finds an unexpected kindred spirit in this magnificent, untameable creature. But when Carl hatches a plan to capture Kong and display him to the New York masses, she’s faced with a terrible choice. Will Ann follow the call of her own ambition? Or can she find the strength to stand up for what’s right?
Directed and choreographed by Olivier winner Drew McOnie, King Kong features an electrifying new score by Marius de Vries (La La Land) and Eddie Perfect (Beetlejuice The Musical), and a book by Jack Thorne, the Tony and Olivier Award-winning writer of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

The King of Staten Island NETFLIX
The King of Staten Island is a 2020 American film directed by Judd Apatow, from a screenplay by Apatow, Pete Dvidson, and Dave Sirus. It stars Davidson, Marisa Tomei, Bill Burr, Bel Powley, Maude Apatow, and Steve Buscemi, and follows a young man who must get his life together after his mom starts dating a new man who, like his deceased father, is a firefighter.
The film was announced as Apatow's next project in early 2019, with the cast joining that April. Filming took place around New York City in June and July. The film has been called a "semi-biographical" take on Davidson's life, who lost his firefighter father during the September 11 attacks and has had his own battles with depression.
Originally intended to be theatrically released, the film was released digitally viavideo on demand on June 12, 2020, by Universal Pictures. It received generally positive reviews from critics, who praised Davidson's performance and Apatow's handling of the mature subject matter.

Kiss My Aztec
Hartford Stage Company
June 2022
From comedy legend John Leguizamo and director Tony Taccone comes an irreverent new musical loosely based on Latin-American history… very loosely! Travel back to the 16th century as a group of Aztecs lead the resistance against Spanish invaders. With a fierce female warrior at the helm and a not-so-fierce clown in tow, they mount a scrappy attack—and get entangled with royalty, conquistadors, and puppets!
With music and lyrics from Benjamin Velez and David Kamp, KISS MY AZTEC!’s fusion of salsa, gospel, hip-hop, funk, and merengue makes for a jubilant and hilarious celebration of Hispanic, Latin, and Pre-Columbian cultures.
